E30 SUNROOF PANEL CARBON FIBRE
Made from 100% pre preg carbon fibre, our carbon roof panels are a direct replacement for the OEM part, providing a weight saving of between 20 - 40 kgs, depending on vehicle model and roof type. As this weight is shaved straight off the highest point of the car then the centre of gravity is also significantly lowered, leading to considerably better handling and road holding.
This panel is at least as strong as the steel one it replaces, so no concern over safety issues.
Available in Carbon Fibre finish ( as seen in the photos here) and also "ready to paint" finish.
For show etc use you may wish to have the carbon panel clear coated.
Note: After the install that sunroof is NON functional.
