The Boost Fitting plugs directly into the intake manifold where the factory Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is located and the MAP sensor is then fitted directly on to the adaprtor block. Installing this adapter is an easy, reliable way to tap into the 2.0T and 1.5T engine (S and non-S) boost source for installing a boost gauge or aftermarket diverter valve.

BMW Mini Cooper S 1.6T R56 R60 JCW

The Charge Pipe kit includes boost pipe, air charge, air intake pipe and air filter pipe.

The MINI Cooper S engine utilises a turbocharger to pressurise the intake system in order to force feed the air into the engine thus producing more power. Unfortunately there are two weak points that impair the efficiency of this system. The Charge Pipe kit eliminates these weak points.

- Precision CNC Machined MAP Sensor Flange, ensuring a leak free boost connection.

- 1/8" NPT Bungs (for methanol or nitrous injection or FTP intake temp sensor).

- Increasing throttle response and decreases turbo lag.

- Made from Lightweight High Grade 6061 Aluminium Piping.

- Throttle body matched 3" piping.

- Increased bore reduces turbulence and maximises flow.

- Polished internal surfaces.

- Retaining the factory style O-ring throttle body lock flange.

- Providing the quick and easy connection / disconnection to the throttle body.

- 3 Ply silicone joining pipes.

- Superior connections compared to the silicone hose and hose clamp connections used in many other diverter valve upgrade pipes available.
