If you are racing, and especially with coil-over shocks, you need this monoball rear mount that slides for spring to tire clearance.

Complete with shock stem adapters.Uses a spherical bearing instead of urethane or rubber. Please specify 10, 12, 14 or 16mm stem diameter.

• Replaces your soft, or torn, control arm bushings with offset(M3) aluminum bearing retainer self-lubricating 3M stock.

• 3M bushing can be easily replaced if needed.
• Retainer and hardware are anodized or zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

GROUND CONTROL E36 / Z3 BMW ROLL CENTER CORRECTION KIT

Our E36/Z3 Roll Center Adjusters replace the factory front lower ball joints. These new bushings assist in correcting the vehicles roll center after lowering. They are adjustable depending on your vehicles final ride height. We recommend using these bushings in conjunction with our Racing Tierods / Bump Steer Adjusters, to achieve proper suspension alignment. Our exclusive racing tie rod ends allow the bumpsteer to be adjusted, by moving the tie rods up and down with spacers.This is similar to the pieces used by BMW factory teams in Europe, and recommend that the rod ends be inspected every session, and replaced if necessary. Our kit comes with Aurora aircraft grade rod ends and all spacers.

This is a replacement spanner for Ground Control coilover kits.

This spanner is included only in certain GC coilover kits, so if your GC coilover kit included a spanner, then you do not need to buy this.

The most common misconception why people think they may need a spanner, is that they are tilting the car on its side to adjust the collars, so they are fighting the swaybars. The swaybars are designed to keep the car from tilting by pushing against the suspension, which makes it difficult to turn the adjuster by hand.

A spanner could easily ruin things if used under these conditions.

If this describes your situation, try lifting the front or rear of the car off the ground, and adjust with your hands.
