Charge Pipe Finishes:

The Diverter Valve Charge Pipe is available in the same 2 finish options as our intercoolers. It is available in a mirror polish finish. It is also available in our Type III Hard Black Anodising for the guys that want the stealthy, factory look. An added benefit of the Type III Hard Black Anodising is that it hardens the aluminium piping and makes it more durable against accidental damage (like dropping the pipe).

Brush (or plain) finish is also available.

1/8" NPT Bungs (For Methanol or Nitrous Injectors):

With the popularity of methanol injection systems and nitrous systems, we have added the option of having a 1/8" NPT threaded bung (for methanol or nos injectors) welded to our diverter valve charge pipe. This allows quick and easy installation of methanol/nitrous injectors that are used in methanol injection systems and nitrous systems. You have the option of adding 1 or 2 injector bungs. Each 1/8" NPT bung will come with a plug so that you can run with or without the methanol injector. This is perfect for those who do not have the Methanol Injection yet but plan to do so in the future.

The FTP N54 PCV Valve is an upgraded replacement PCV valve for your N54 Engine and is strongly recommended for your high performance (or higher mileage).

The OEM plastic PCV valve does not hold pressure well even when brand new. This means is that when you are in boosted conditions, the "highly" pressurised PCV valve leaks turbocharged pressures into the crankcase. Depending on the condition of your PCV valve it could leak more than others. Also, if for some reason your valve cover is cracked, loose, or has a bad gasket, you also could develop a pressure leak either external to the engine or internal into the crankcase causing further pressurisation of the crankcase or other oil loss issues.

N54 CHARGEPIPE BLOW OFF VALVE

Suitable for E82, E88, E9x, E60, E61, Z4 using the N54 engine.
Chargepipe Blow Off Valve (BOV, 1M, 135i,335i,535i).

Replacing the factory diverter valves to this Blow off Valve type allows the car's engine to hold a more constant boost level while preventing unwanted pressure bleed off, and the stronger material construction of the charge pipe prevents cracking/deformation than can occur to the factory item with hard use and/or uprated power conversions. Specifically designed for the BMW E chassis N54 twinturbo charged engine.

Benefits and Features :

Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all of our performance products.

The Blow off Valve comes with one quick connect pneufit fitting, with oversized 1/4 connection for quick and actuator response. If needed, barb fittings are available.
