A strut brace not only enhances the appearance of the engine bay but provides lateral support to the top of the struts, thus preventing flexing and change of chassis geometry during hard cornering, thereby improving stability, roadholding and "feel".

This slim profile Racing Line range from Wiechers has an oval cross section and is available in following finishes:

- polished aluminium
- real carbon fibre coating

The open strut mount design alows for access to adjustable top mounts, dampers etc without having to remove the brace.

Ultra Racing was established in 2002 and become a very successful chassis bracing and tuning company.

Prized for their unique one-piece hollow tube design across their line of products from strut bracing to inner fender bars these are one of the strongest and most rigid parts you can fit to improve safety and vehicle handling.
Strength is greatly improved against conventional bolt together bars by removing the stress points in the mounting bolts which can reduce the life of the product under load.

Ultra Racing is also one of the first companies to manufacture true 3-point chassis bars; this gives superior performance gains by distributing stress and force throughout the chassis of the vehicle rather than just against the suspension turrets.

The full range extends from front strut bars, rear strut bars, anti-roll bars, fender bars as well as floor pan bars and much more.

Elsewhere in this section you will see the Wiechers "standard" Racing Line strut bar range which is available in polished metal finish or real carbon fibre laminate over the aluminium core.
This version listed here goes further by having the main bar constructed in full real carbon fibre and the plates in Ultra Lightweight aluminium.
The plates are produced using a special metal laser melting procedure and then printed with a high-tech 3D printer.
The total weight of the full carbon strut bar incl. the plates is less than 750 grams ! (Shipping weight listed below refers to volumetric weight not actual product weight)
at time of writing, August 2017, these bars are available for F2X, F3X an d F87 models, but new models are being developed, please Contact us for details if your model is not listed above.
