The incredible and lightweight Dailey Engineering pump bolts directly to the 100% billet aluminum dry sump pan. This triumph in engineering allows for much quicker installation, greatly improved reliability & safety, structural enhancements to the girdle area of the engine, and very low profile installation.

Why Dry Sump?

- Increased oil capacity (thanks to the remote reservoir) which allows the oil to cool and release entrained gasses from ring blow by and the action of the crankshaft

OIL COOLER DIVERTER VALVE FOR S65 E9x M3 ENGINES.

A simple but very effective way to reduce oil temperature without fitting a bigger cooler.

The factory oil cooler has a thermostat that closes off the oil cooler path until the engine builds up to temp., then runs only a portion of the oilflow through the cooler once warm. This Oil Cooler Diverter Valve quickly remedies this issue by making the cooler full-flow - in other words diverting all oil through the cooler for maximum cooling effect. This will typically bring down stubborn oil temps 17+ degrees Celcius .

About a 10 minute install (once housing is removed) into the factory oil filter housing with oil cooler fittings.

E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 M3 : 2006 – 2013

PLEASE NOTE : Using this valve increases the oil warm up time after the engine is started, so it is important to always allow the oil to reach suitable temperature before driving off / driving hard, or alternatively you can install a separate oil temps thermostat.

An Oil Pan Baffle is an essential upgrade for a high power and / or tracked vehicle.

This Remote Oil Sensor Manifold is designed to facilitate the installation of Oil Pressure or Temp sensor/s.

Originally designed so that the S14 owner can send oil to this manifold, install an aftermarket gauge and still maintain the OEM "emergency oil pressure" dummy light- it had become popular as a quasi-universal item.

Popular on cars that read artificially higher oil temps at the sensor due to the location of the exhaust manifolds or other issues.

Direct fit, uses OE thermostat and allows greater volume of water flow to increase water cooling efficiency.
The S65’s original thermostat housing exposes cool water from the radiator to hot water that flows from the expansion tank. By mixing cold and hot water, BMW’s original design compromises the radiator’s cooling efficiency in favor of a more maintenance-free cooling system.

This version eliminates the mixing of hot and cold engine coolant to create an overall more efficient cooling system. By allowing the cold water to flow to the engine unimpeded and without coming into contact with warm water from the expansion tank, Motorsport 24 improves the original BMW cooling system design and delivers cooler water to the S65 engine. The Motorsport 24 thermostat housing is a great addition to any car used in a sports or racing environment.

An excellent upgrade for those who race or have a modified / higher power engines, this is the best OE style oil pump available anywhere.

Lubrication issues are a common killer of BMW engines. The dual-pickup pump is much better than standard single pickup but this pump is a dramatic improvement over both.

This oil pump starts with an OEM housing (either supplied by you, or as a core from us at extra cost) that is expertly modified to provide higher volume and improved reliability over stock.

Effective lubrication is critical to all high performance engines, especially the high specific output S54 & S50. The S54 especially, with its narrow rod bearings is sensitive to oil starvation and bearing failure. Assuring that your engine will not fail due to a poor lubrication is crucial during all operating conditions.

This pump features two important upgrades:

1) Engineered using the Oil Pump Upgrade reinforcement kit (as featured elesewhere in this section) integrated in it's design; giving a stronger gear drive mechanism for much lower likelihood of the common pump failures on the track or hard road use.

2) Fitted with custom gear set with a larger sweep area to the pump mechanism, increasing volume by 22%.

Important Notes about this Service:
A good used or new oil pump is required for this conversion service. Therefore there are 3 options:

1 – We send you a new OEM BMW Oil Pump with the high volume converson and oil pump upgrade kit installed., and charge you extra the cost of this new core pump, in addition to the cost quoted on this page for the actual upgrade service.
2 – You send us your OEM BMW S54 or S50B32 Euro Oil Pump ahead of time and we perform the upgrade on your pump
3 – Occasionally we have a stock of good reconditioned S54 pumps that we can perform the service to, which is good if you don’t want to buy a brand new pump, please enquire.
