Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001023

This Performance intercooler has the following core size (520mm x 210mm x 130mm / stepped = 11.752 cm³ ), providing a 85% larger frontal area and 60% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. High-performance Intercooler core with turbulators in a stepped design (weight: 9kg). Constructed of the highest quality Bar and Plate intercooler cores combined with cast aluminium optimised by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible Internal Airflow. This intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. Anti Corrosion protective Coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. Kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock plumbing. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimised by CFD for best possible internal airflow. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a connection diameter of 70mm for in- and outlet, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties and a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. Despite of it?s size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 7,4kg. This intercooler kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures and also the right thing for racing. All of our intercooler use an anti corrosion protective coating with perfect thermal heat dissipating character. Optimal cooling with clearly more power. We use our award winning WAGNE RTUNING Competition Intercooler Core which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimised by CFD for best possible internal airflow. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a connection diameter of Ø70mm for In- and Outlet, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.
