- The RPI GTS exhaust system for the BMW E60 M5 offers the same aggressive race car sound and performance as RPI popular GT system but is about 15-20% quieter. Made of high quality T-304 stainless steel, RPI GT system shares the same design as RPI ST street system with the exception of no catalytic convertor. Expect a 10-17whp gain and a weight saving of over 50lbs from the stock system (stock:122lbs vs. RPi: 62lbs).

RPi's Straight Pipes replace the heavy stock front secondary cat pipes for better flow. These pipes are featherweight at just 4 lbs per pipe. Expect 5-8 WHP over the stock front pipe. Your stock headers have built-in cats, so your M5 will still have cats.

CUSTOM BUILT TO YOUR SPECIFICATION
This is what makes Eisenmann unique... every Eisenmann exhaust built for Crest Automotive Technologies' customers is custom built to your individual preferences for tip design (see table of tip design options at top right), fit and sound level.
Due to the custom built nature of these exhausts, the average delivery time is 3 weeks and you will be quoted a "latest delivery" time when ordering; Eisenmann have never yet failed to deliver by this date, in most cases customers receive their order within 2 weeks.

**If your preferred tip design is not listed on the price list for your vehicle don't worry, chances are we can still make your exhaust with your preferred tips.

Eisenmann also offer quad exit exhausts (four exit pipes) for many makes of car for the ultimate sport look and sound, along with new rear valances in many cases to accomodate the extra pipes.

SOUND LEVELS
Your exhaust will be built to one of these sound levels to your choice:

- Sport (a mid level sporty sound that gets louder as the revs rise, but is perfectly reasonable at low or cruising speeds)

This is a permanent catted option that uses a very high quality HJS cat which does not lose any power over the decatted options and is bolt on to the factory exhaust. Perfect for those that want a fit and forget solution.

There is no CEL with this option so a remap is not required but the Evolve Stage 2 remap is recommended to obtain maximum gains from this setup.

E60/1 M5 + E63/4 M6 High flow primary cat upgrade for stock headers.

Stock primaries, replacment 100-cell grade 1 HJS catalytic convertors fully assembled and welded with flange as a direct bolt on solution to stock downpipes.

As you can see from the picture the CAT's are very large and present an excellent power increase through the rpm range (dyno graphs in pics)

The taper from the collector to CAT and CAT to flange are long and smooth aiding smooth air flow.

This is an ideal fit and forget solution unlike a decat setup and present similar power gains.

HJS manufacture different grades of CAT and these are their premium quality ones.

You will not fail an emissions test which is done by measuring C02 and hydrocarbon levels with a probe in the exhaust tail pipes.

As far as the CEL light goes, we have had no issues at all.

This is a reversible decat option that allows you to swap out the decat section for your OEM cat with the use of V Band clamps.

This means that you can go back to OEM cat very easily.

This is useful for annual emissions inspections as a low cost option for returning the car back to OEM spec. A remap is required to remove the CEL.

Evolve Stage 2 remap is an excellent way of obtaining maximum gains from this set up.

The Rogue Engineering E60 M5 X-pipe replaces the stock BMW resonator (shown in green in graphic), between the catalytic converter and the rear mufflers.

The RPI GT V2 Headers offer performance, quality, and flexibility. The cat-delete pipe incorporates a specially designed expansion chamber, increasing exhaust velocity which increases torque dramatically in the low and mid range while giving significant hp increase throughout the entire powerband.

The RPI GT V2 header set allows switching between the factory catalytic converter and the cat-delete race pipe via a specially designed V-band clamp. With the race pipe installed, dyno proven gains of +28WHP and +31WTQ are to be expected. The headers are the perfect compliment to RPI full GTS exhaust system for the E60 M5, which removes the secondary cats and replaces them with resonators, and provides the ultimate in F1-inspired V10 power and sound.

The headers and race pipe are coated in industry-leading JET-HOT extreme 1300 in polished finish for the ultimate in corrosion resistance, heat retention, and visual appeal. All factory mounting locations are retained and all factory o2 sensor locations are the same.

The headers are backed by RPI's lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship, and the JET-HOT coating is also covered by a lifetime warranty against finish defects and corrosion.
