The DMS (Dual Muffler System) exhaust system represents the latest in performance aftermarket exhaust technology, yet to be uncovered in the BMW marketplace. With its dual muffler design inspired by the awesome McLaren F1, the DMS mufflers are tuned specifically for each car so that the desired balance of power, torque, and sound are achieved.

The DMS system is more than a unique looking muffler system. Its twin mufflers allow each bank of exhaust gases coming from the factory catalytic converter to remain separated as they exit the exhaust.

Rogue Engineering's exhaust systems are proudly made from T-304 stainless steel, internal perforated tubing, muffler tips, and muffler shells. The entire exhaust system is TIG welded for smooth, small, even welds. Our near seamless welds do not have the "splatter" found on some MIG welded products. After welding, the mufflers and tips are polished to a near mirror finish.

You will also notice small details such as the placement of the exhaust tips on the muffler bodies. The mufflers have been specially designed so that the tips do not have to make strange, obscure 45 degree bends to fit through the rear valance. This is because the mufflers were designed for a BMW, not a generic muffler part number with tips and tubing welded onto them.

Longevity was a priority for the Rogue exhaust system. The perforated tubing is tightly wound with stainless steel wool. This prevents the ceramic-thermal blanket used in the Rogue exhaust to prematurely "blow out", a common problem with inferior quality systems.

Note :- these are sold EACH. For an E46, you need to purchased TWO to replace both of them on the car. For E9X M3 and E88 128i/135i, they only use ONE bracket. Each order includes a pair of replacement exhaust hangers at NO CHARGE!

The Rogue Engineering Exhaust Support Bracket replaces the steel OEM bracket 18-21-1-436-309 with a CNC'd 6061 ACQ machined replacement. Often times we see the original brackets on the vehicles they are rusty and bent. This allowed us an opportunity to create a lighter version while making it from a more corrosion resistant material.

The E9X M3 exhaust uses just one plate. It supports the two middle exhaust mounts.

There are two (2) exhaust support brackets under the E46. While one supports the rubber exhaust bushings (18-20-7-832-991) the other ones does not.

Features include;
-Weight savings (OEM is 745g while ours is 602g)
-Corrosion resistant, anodized aluminum (grey anodized, like our E46 M3 V-brace)
-Optional titanium hardware kit (Grade 5), anodized gold. Resists corrosion, saves weight.
