We offer a fuel pressure regulator used in motorsport worldwide, thanks to its outstanding performance and quality there is no substitute to this masterpiece.

Stable fuel delivery for all requirements in even the most demanding situations is one of the most important things to make sure function as it should - at all times - when tuning an engine. The pressure regulator is one of the most important parts of the fuel system and when tuning your engine your fuel system must coop with the performance. Approved for E85 and specially developed for extreme power output.

DELIVERING STEADY PRESSURE EVEN OVER 1000HP
Our fuel pressure regulator uses a fluoro nitrile diaphragm designed to stand up the destructive properties of alcoholic fuels, all anodized internal parts makes it safe of corrosion. For easy setup, we added a ball bearing on top that makes it really easy adjust your pressure. It also comes with a stainless steel bracket for easy and safe mounting.

We often get questions about our Fuel Pressure Regulator, how it works, what role it plays in a fuel system and what it is that makes us promise that it is suitable for even over 1000 HP.

Here we will go through the basics, how it works, how it functions in a fuel system and explain the different parts. Many of the available online guides online are outdated, describing older designs and many times they do not apply to modern injection systems. We choose to make our own guide, with sleek and easy-to-understand graphics to fill up the gap.

What is the purpose of a Fuel Pressure Regulator?
The Fuel Pressure Regulator is a must have item for any EFI system, without it, the fuel rail will not be able to build up enough pressure to support the injectors with the sufficient amount of fuel, the fuel will instead flow straight through and not reach the injectors.
On the other hand, blocking the pass-through to the fuel tank off completely, the fuel pump will try to force too much fuel into the injectors which will cause them to fail.
To accommodate for a successful fuel and air mixture, a proper fuel pressure is required in all situations, both at low revs and high revs, regardless of the power output. This is where the fuel pressure regulator is doing its job, to adapt the fuel supply to the fuel demand.

What is a Fuel Pressure Regulator and how does it work?
A fuel pressure regulator is used to maintain steady fuel supply, even during dramatic changes in fuel demand. The fuel injector has two sides, one side of the injector is under pressure from the the fuel rail and the other side is air boosted by a turbo or a compressor. Ideal ratio is a 1:1 ratio. The fuel pressure regulator regulates the fuel pressure against the air pressure/boost, this leads to that the fuel injector can maintain the perfect ratio between fuel and boost.

The fuel pressure regulator consists of a diaphragm that controls the bypass valve “ball seat” and as the picture below illustrates it can open and close in order to adjust itself for a steady fuel delivery.
When pressure (boost) is applied to the top of the regulator, the diaphragm, which is attached to the bypass valve, a spring forces the diaphragm down and reduces the amount of excess fuel, this makes the fuel pumps work harder while the fuel pressure increases linearly towards the increasing boost pressure from the intake manifold.

How do I know what fuel pressure my regulator gives?
Like most regulators our FPR provide a convenient pressure port for attaching a fuel pressure gauge or alternatively, a fuel pressure sensor for digital output.

With our Fuel Surge Tank, you minimize the risk when running at low fuel level, that the system not cope with the extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days where you can exceed 2g, which could result in fuel loss.

1:1 boost reference and high flow design with minimum flow loss.
Fuel pressure rises on a 1:1 ratio when referencing boost with precision pressure adjustment. The fuel pressure is dialed in using the set screw on top with its hardened steel ball that enables exact and well-tuned fuel pressure setup. With a dual inlet design, you choose between left or right inlet, or dual inlet for V-engine setup. 1/8" NPT thread faced forward for easy to read fuel pressure gauge/fuel pressure sensor installation.
5mm vacuum barb fitting is included. The FPR100s uses AN-6 ORB threads to fit the most common fittings of choice. It comes with 1x AN-6 ORB plug that can easily be removed for dual inlet applications. Fits most common AN-6 and AN-8 fittings, the fittings are sold separately.

The Nuke Performance Vacuum Station is the easiest way to get rid of to many vacuum hoses in the engine bay. Combine all your parts with need for vacuum connection into one connected to the manifold.

The body are CNC-machined from aluminum alloy 6082, anodized and laser engraved for long lasting appearance and function.

Often used when using many parts that all needs to be connected to the manifold, perfect for connection of fuel pressure regulator, blow off valve, fuel pressure gauge, fuel pulse dampers etc.

For use on turbo- super-charged engine applications.

Delivered with 1x 1/4 G Pneufit quick connect fitting and 1x 1/4 G Plug. The additional fittings are sold separately.
