Using urethane bushings that can be installed in either a stiff or semi-stiff position, this is the perfect rear shock mount for BMW E36, E46 and Z4 cars.

Made of 6061 aircraft aluminum, these mounts are a perfect fit for any shock.
Two steel studs mounted to a steel bracket sandwich this mount to the body, and allow quick access from under the wheelwell for adjusting rear shocks, especially Konis.

This is a fairly simple installation. Good directions are included, and the lower control arm does NOT need to be removed. A press is useful, but not necessary.
This exclusive design does NOT rotate in urethane, traditionally a short lived solution. This design uses a steel and composite bearing for rotation.

There are two versions of this bushing :
1. The standard version has some noise insulation, (but not as much as the flimsy stock rubber piece of course)
2. The second version has no isolation at all, and is intended for serious track or race cars. The race version WILL require periodic maintenance.

This spanner is included only in certain GC coilover kits, so if your GC coilover kit included a spanner, then you do not need to buy this.

The most common misconception why people think they may need a spanner, is that they are tilting the car on its side to adjust the collars, so they are fighting the swaybars. The swaybars are designed to keep the car from tilting by pushing against the suspension, which makes it difficult to turn the adjuster by hand.

A spanner could easily ruin things if used under these conditions.

If this describes your situation, try lifting the front or rear of the car off the ground, and adjust with your hands.

Rear trailing arm bearing for e36, e46. Highest quality American bearing in a billet aluminum carrier. Bearing is seperately mounted, so variations in trailing arm width do not affect reliability.
