    Description
    Upgrade part.

    Our high performance H-beam connecting rods are made of forged 4340 steel and are super strong. These are 135mm long, the correct length for most standard M10 and M30 engines. They come with ARP2000 bolts, are doweled for perfect alignment and are balanced to within 1 gram (including fasteners).

    DIMENSIONS/WEIGHT:
    -Big end diameter is 52mm
    -Small end is 22mm.
    -Each rod weighs +/- 563g without bolts or bearings.

    Note: This latest version uses standard M10-style rod bearings

These rods are 144mm long, stock length for S14 and S38 engines, and a great upgrade for performance-oriented M10 and M30 engines built with custom pistons. They come with 7/16" ARP-2000 bolts, are doweled for perfect alignment and are balanced to within 1 gram (including fasteners). Big end diameter is 52mm, small end is 22mm. Each rod weighs +/- 571g without bolts or bearings.

    Note: This latest version uses standard M10-style rod bearings.

    The connecting rod bearings are the weakest link in the M10 bottom end. We prepare these bearings with a special coating for improved durability and longer life. These are the hot ticket for race motors etc.
    Available in oem or undersize.
    Note: We only keep limited stock on undersize coated bearings, so please plan accordingly.

    Includes diagram to race-prep (Increase oil flow to the big end of the rod) the main bearings (Modification should be performed by a competent SpeedShop.)
